Back in 2013, we created Capyx, based on the fact that today, a lot of companies still run legacy software and need support to maintain it.
Capyx provides the skilled resources in order to maintain and integrate this legacy system into the IT landscape. So we support our clients in their path of transformation.
Let’s go back
a bit earlier…
Our founders already had the experience of the IT World. Carmelo Bardaré began his career at Steriabel, and then BNP Paribas Fortis. He decided to start his own consulting company, ITG consulting. Pieter Ysenbrandt, coming from a pioneer company in e-commerce, joined the company as sales director, and this is how the story begins.
Several years later, ITG was ceased to a big consulting company, who wanted to expand itself. In 2012, we decided to start up again and to become Capyx (before GCT Consulting - GCT stands for Gestion - Conversion - Technologie).
Our 1st mission was to convert legacy into new technologies. This mission slightly changed today becoming Capyx: Today we help our clients to maintain and integrate their IT legacy systems into a modern IT landscape that support the business evolution, including the digitalization of the business process.
